Amentum is seeking an Administrative Specialist Level 3 to join our team of passionate individuals in Columbia, MD. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation’s security and intelligence mission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support such as technical writing, proofreading, technical editing of word processing and other 'computer-based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer-based 'magnetic media, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material.

• Prepare graphical and narrative presentation material

• Support development of contract deliverables and reports by providing computer-based manuscripts, required media resources, and graphic material in building presentations

• Prepare management plans and reports

• Draft and format Staff Processing Forms (SPFs), submit and tracks SPFs to completion

• Coordinate requirements to facilitate completion of task orders, contract deliverables, review and update organizational briefings/presentations

• Perform analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required

• Draft official memoranda/communication, submit communication for signature and track documentation routing status to completion

Requirements:

• Five (5) years experience in a related professional field. Bachelor's degree.

• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years of experience with a high school diploma/GED or an additional two (2) years of experience with an Associate's degree may be substituted.

Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI w/Poly

The base salary range for this position is $135K to $155K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
