For our team in Riyadh, we are seeking an experienced Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and public buildings.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD and other design software.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other architectural design tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Certifications: Professional certification such as LEED AP or PMP is desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design and construction challenges.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
