Aviation Reliability Coordinator

  • THIS POSITION ONLY APPLIES FOR COLOMBIAN NATIONALS
  • Technical degree in Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation including minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as aviation maintenance, reliability engineering, or data analysis.
  • English language ability at the Foreign Service Institute Level R/1, or the equivalent; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, and Technical Publications/manuals.
  • Experience working with aviation safety regulations (e.g., FARs).
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certification preferred.
  • Experience with UH-60 aircraft types is desirable, or another Rotor Wing and Fixed Wing aircrafts.
  • Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military maintenance regulations is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
  • Experience with developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • Experience with root cause analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of aviation maintenance concepts and practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., statistical software, spreadsheets).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of aviation maintenance software (e.g., CMMS) is a desirable.
