Purpose and Scope: 

Responsible for repairs, replacement and modifications of wood/metal or other materials utilized in framework, rafters, trusses, interior and exterior trim, staircases and other wood or wood substitute articles, building, structural additions, modifications or repairs.

Essential Responsibilities:

1)    Independently performs installation, maintenance, construction/fabrication, modification, assembly, repair, removal, building, sanding, finishing, glazing, etc., of facilities, cabinets, furniture, displays, stairs, doors, roofs, partitions, walls, ceilings, stages, truck beds, magnetic boards, floor tiles, concrete forms, etc.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High School diploma or equivalent. Qualified journeyman in accordance with union rules.
