Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic workforce planning expertise to the US Intelligence Community (IC) with a focus on workforce modernization and mobility
  • Develop and implement with IC partners career path roadmaps for specific IC professions; re-evaluate roadmaps as needed
  • Develop methods to formalize professions and identify measures to track progress of these efforts
  • Organize and facilitate interagency community of practice quarterly meetings
  • Create competency models and identify developmental or training activities by proficiency level
  • Collaborate with IC subject matter experts and working groups on human capital priorities
  • Develop workforce upskilling strategies
  • Refine and update content in IC-wide competencies library
  • Consult on best practices in workforce analysis
  • Advise IC agencies on human capital policy, the workforce of the future, and other long-term goals
  • Conduct data-driven research and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires a BS/BA with 18+ years, a MS/MA with 10+ years or no degree and 24+ years of experience
  • Experience developing core and leadership competency models
  • Experience conducting skills-gap analysis and developing upskilling strategies
  • Experience planning and implementing career paths
  • Strategic workforce planning experience
  • Expertise related to advancing foundational competencies in AI within workforce(s)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

    Desired:

  • Human resource process improvement experience
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Previous experience leading communities of practice and/or working groups
  • Strategic communications
