Cybersecurity Manager

The candidate will perform the following duties:

• The Cybersecurity Manager, manages all cybersecurity operations and related processes based on Government-approved ITSM processes
• The Cybersecurity Manager is tasked with overall leadership of Task Order governance, risk, and compliance and ensuring operations sets, comply, and monitor in accordance with regulations, policies, and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• ITIL® V4 Master Level Certification, or ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor
• Minimum of five years of experience with all phases of Information Assurance (IA) and accreditation processes, securing IT systems and services using Government and industry IA standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Five years of experience managing and leading a security operations staff with skills applicable to a project environment similar in size and scope referenced in this TO
• Five years of experience successfully managing information security risks including completing the entire Assess and Authorize (A&A) process and receiving Authority to Operate (ATO) for the cloud.
• Possesses a certification in accordance with the DoD 8140 DCWF at the Advanced level.
• Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of experience with encryption devices and procedures as they relate to networks and data.
• Five years of experience with Federal governance, risk, and compliance management.

•  This position is performed in a traditional office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring salary range is $175k-$200K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
