Amentum is seeking a Top-Secret cleared DBA to support our federal program in Washington, DC. Our mission provides enterprise cloud services to our federal customer. The team will leverage agile methodologies, and work to provide enhanced reporting and global search capabilities in order to address national intelligence priorities while protecting confidential data and sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a team that will lead large scale data analysis projects to design and deliver on premises and cloud-based applications
  • Design, implement, and maintain moderately complex databases
  • Maintain database dictionaries and integration of systems through database design
  • Administer and test computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems Coordinate changes to computer databases and plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases


Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3 years of related technical experience in database administration
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field; experience considered in lieu of degree



Strongly Desired:

  • Postgres 15+

    Liquibase configuration management
  • Yet Another Markup Language (YAML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)

    Entity-Attribute-Value (EAV) design
  • Business Analysis and Project Management:

    SAFe Agile Principles

    Jira

    Confluence
