Job Description
Amentum is seeking a personnel security professional to be part of a program management team providing daily oversight for a team of security specialists, security analysts and administrators of various experience levels embedded to support across customer personnel security and workforce vetting operations. The on-site PM will participate in hiring activities, to include interview, onboarding and initial training. The on-site PM will provide performance management feedback to the workforce, to include development and direction of improvement plans. The on-site PM will also support collection and presentation of program data analytics and be able to support quality management within a production environment. The on-site PM and will contribute to the creation and briefing of monthly program management reviews to the customer and corporate leadership teams. The on-site PM will routinely meet with customer managers and solicit performance feedback for individual contributors. The on-site PM will also collaborate closely with the off-site PM to share the status of program operations, and be able to review finance reporting, and support business development as needed.
This position requires 100% in-person support at the client worksite and active clearance at the time of application.
