Amentum is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team for an OCONUS construction project in South Korea. This project will last approximately 8-months. This will be an opportunity to work on a high-impact project in a dynamic environment. The position will require the following attributes and responsibilities:

• Proficient at running conduit
• Proficient at wiring and terminations to include but not limited to; lighting /electrical panels/fire alarm/low voltage controls
• Install electrical components to include but not limited to electrical panels / lighting / switches / receptacles / control wiring / fire alarm
• Assist with the project goals in supporting other trades as needed
• Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Communications skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals, designers, and clients.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code, state and local building codes.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products.
• Use of testing equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a Secret US Government Security Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• OCONUS Experience
• Current Journeyman Electrician’s License
• 5 - 7 years commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience with new builds, and renovation projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master Electrician’s License
