Description of Duties:
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Coordinate and prioritize meetings and events to optimize the Director’s time.
• Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Independently assist the Directors in preparing agendas, presentations, correspondence, take and distribute meetings notes, minutes, and track action items to support decision-making and execution.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, lodging, and transportation and process expense reports.
• Support the broader departments with coordinating team meetings, trainings, off-sites, and internal events, ensuring logistics run smoothly and resources are prepared.
• Provide department business operations support to ensure timely and accurate processing and tracking of documentation
• Support the lead executive assistant in coordinating workflows and aligning priorities across the directorates, while providing backup coverage to ensure continuity of administrative operations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide other administrative duties and support as assigned.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of directly related experience
• Must have experience supporting the IRES Contract
• Active Secret Clearance
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This position is expected to pay $60,500 - $85,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
