Objetivo:

El Mecánico General realiza una variedad de tareas, como lavado, limpieza y lubricación de vehículos; carga, descarga y almacenamiento de repuestos y suministros para automóviles; y mantenimiento de las áreas de trabajo.

Educación:

Se dará preferencia a la persona que haya completado con éxito una educación secundaria (o equivalente). Se dará preferencia a la persona que haya completado con éxito un programa vocacional para la disciplina comercial en cuestión.

Licencias/Certificaciones:

La persona debe haber ingresado y completado con éxito un programa de oficial para la disciplina comercial en cuestión. La persona debe tener una licencia/certificación comercial válida en la jurisdicción donde se realizará el trabajo (cuando lo exija la ley local).

Experiencia:

Se dará preferencia a personas con alguna experiencia trabajando en un puesto similar.

Otras calificaciones:

Esta posición requiere habilidades como caminar, correr, escalar, gatear y saltar y otras actividades físicas similares. El trabajador debe poder soportar condiciones climáticas extremas y poder trabajar en un entorno al aire libre.
