Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ground SIGINT Collection operations - monitor collection, task, de-task, track selectors, and recommend changes to collection.

• Audio cuts - translate, summarize and transcribe as required, forward cuts to the appropriate office - Provide indications & warnings for force protection concerns - recognize and report information that meets tipper criteria.

• Provide time sensitive reporting serialized technical information- draft SIGINT reporting and provide to the mission manager for quality assurance and dissemination.

• Provide SIGINT support - monitor unevaluated data and format to ensure proper processing; research, develop, present, and publish SIGINT intelligence products at tactical, operational and strategic levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience - at least six years as a SIGINT Analyst of which 2 years should be in the last 5 years, actively completing SIGINT analysis within DoD or equivalent Government agencies. Requires former MOS 1N2, 35S/P/N, 35N, 352B/PQ/R/S, 18F, 8138, 2629 or civilian equivalent (equivalency - mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience), or other Service or Agency equivalent occupational specialty

• Specialized Training: Successful completion of National Cryptologic School course related to SGA such as NETA, CRSK, DEPL courses

• Clearance - TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph and capable of gaining and maintaining access to NSA systems and facilities

Special skills or qualifications

o Journeyman-level proficiency with, at a minimum: ArcGIS, SEDB, and DataXplorer (DX) - Experience conducting SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) associated work focused on SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA)

o Be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database/search engines

o Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, intelligence related automation, and MS Office Suite in support of analytical efforts and product development

o Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills

o Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of USFOR-G requirements

Highly desired qualifications and experience

• Education - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

• SASMO, DEPL 3000 or DEPL 2000 trained

• Operational level experience

• OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Poly

Minimum Education: High School or equivalent

Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years
