In the framework of ITER Project, that is building a cutting-edge Fusion facility near Aix en Provence in France, Amentum as part of Momentum Consortium is recruiting an “Offsite Workshop Piping/Pressure Equipment Supervisor” to support prefabrication activities across several international workshops.
In the first stage, you will serve both as QA expert and progress monitoring specialist for prefabrication activities, that will initially be carried out in Northen Spain and Slovenian workshops for approximatively 90% of your work time.

Off-site Supervisor (F/H) (from 5 years of experience) to work on the ITER Project.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Prefabrication monitoring and workshop interface management
- Progress monitoring:
- Ensure that prefabrication activities are carried out according to the site needs, supporting both site teams and fabrication managers to plan and prioritize tasks
- Provide regular updates on prefabrication progress, checking that the prefabrication teams are sufficiently resourced according to the schedule and workload
- Identifying and managing prefabrication risk
- Quality Supervision
- Reviewing construction Contractor’s quality control related manufacturing and installation; procedures and relevant inspection and test plans (MIP/ITP)
- Performing inspections of mechanical, piping and pressure vessel prefabrication; included but not limited to welding, NDTs, dimensional control, final inspection, etc.
- Evaluation of the validity and acceptability of inspection and test results;
- Generating prefabrication and inspection monitoring reports;
- Review of Quality Control procedures & records (MIP, Manufacturing dossier, NC,...)
- Reviewing non-conforming descriptions & action plan and assessing remedial and corrective actions;
Your qualifications:
5 to 7 Years of experience in similar roles, across Heavy Industrial or Oil&Gas Projects, with strong preference for candidates with Nuclear projects background
Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards
English language skills required. Other languages will be an advantage
Additional information:
Activities will be performed either at the prefabrication facilities, at client or company premises.
