  • Governance & Reporting: Produce high-quality monthly reports (cost, schedule, cash flow, risk, change log, S‑curves, KPIs) and ensure compliance with Amentum procedures and client requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor project controls staff; set standards, coach for quality, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Collaborate with client representatives, EPC partners, trade contractors, OEMs, and internal disciplines to align scope, priorities, and execution strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field (or international equivalent) is preferred
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive project controls experience on heavy civil, industrial, hyperscale data center, semiconductor fab, or advanced manufacturing projects; at least 3+ years leading a project controls team.
