Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in construction or engineering? We’re looking for skilled professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and are ready to lead multiple complex projects to success.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent construction projects and contracts. You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractor performance, establish and track budgets, and represent the company in high-stakes discussions with clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to bids and proposals for future works.

This is more than just a coordination role – it’s about owning delivery outcomes, making strategic decisions, and supporting a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop project structures, scopes, and baseline schedules

  • Monitor key performance indicators and contractual deliverables

  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project milestones

  • Establish and manage operating budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams

  • Prepare and negotiate Change Requests

  • Identify risks and opportunities, using data to inform and drive outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safety-first culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in construction or related engineering fields

  • Strong working knowledge of project scheduling tools and processes

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active contracts

  • Demonstrated leadership in risk management, safety, and stakeholder communication

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project/Facility Management (or equivalent experience)

  • Current driver’s licence and White Card

  • PMP certification (preferred) – support available for candidates willing to pursue certification

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is a bonus
