About the Role

Lead the delivery of corporate real estate projects across an international estate, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, and workplace enhancements. You will act as the client-side delivery lead, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to 
completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned to business requirements. The role requires a structured and proactive operator who can coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and maintain control of programme, cost, and quality throughout delivery.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of corporate real estate projects from initial brief through to completion 

  • Establish and manage project programmes, budgets, and key delivery risks 

  • Act as the client-side lead, ensuring scope, cost, and programme are effectively controlled 

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure aligned delivery 

  • Drive decision making, identifying issues early and ensuring timely resolution 

  • Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, providing clear reporting and escalation where required  

  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety requirements, including CDM obligations 

  • Apply and support consistent use of project management processes, tools, and governance 

  • Maintain clear, accurate, and well-structured project documentation 

  • Contribute to improving delivery control and consistency across the project portfolio 

Here's What You'll Need: 

  • Experience delivering corporate real estate or workplace projects within a client-side or occupier environment  

  • Proven ability to manage projects end to end, from brief through to completion 

  • Experience across a range of project scales, from targeted refurbishments to major capital delivery 

  • Strong understanding of project control, including programme, cost, and risk management 

  • Good working knowledge of construction processes within live operational environments 

  • Commercially aware, able to understand cost drivers and support effective financial control 

  • Confident managing and influencing stakeholders across complex project environments 

  • Structured and organised, able to maintain clarity and control across multiple projects 

  • Proactive and delivery focused, able to drive progress and resolve issues early 

  • Able to interpret technical input and translate it into clear, actionable insight 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Process or related Engineering discipline.

  • Good knowledge of UK nuclear regulations and legislation.

  • Ability to obtain or hold National Security Vetting – Counter Terrorism Check (NSV CTC).
