The Shutdown Planner is an identified individual allocated to manage the planning, coordination and execution of facilities shutdown/configuration change activities in support of planned maintenance and/or construction project works at JDFPG.
The Shutdown Planner is responsible for the development of deliberate and controlled solutions to facilitate transitions between standard and non-standard facility critical infrastructure configuration. As part of this responsibility, the Shutdown Planner coordinates the creation of impact assessments, interpretation of relevant stakeholder comments, assisting the communication of technical impacts, drafting and review of configuration change procedures and associated documentation. During the execution phase of the configuration change, the Shutdown Planner is responsible for the overall management and coordination between identified stakeholders throughout the process, inclusive of conducting HV switching operations as required (training provided.)
This position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment and is a key advisor of the Project, O&M and customer teams across the Program Site.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
It is a condition of employment at JDFPG that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will/may require a TSPV Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance.
