Purpose and Impact:

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly experienced Expert-Level SIGINT Analyst to provide advanced Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) support for RC-135 ISR operations within the 55th Wing at Offutt AFB. The selected candidate will deliver multi-domain intelligence analysis, cryptologic support, and mission-critical reporting and training across airborne and ground-based ISR systems.

This role requires deep technical expertise, analytic leadership, and the ability to support national-level intelligence objectives while training and mentoring junior analysts.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multi-domain ISR analysis, PED, and fusion across multiple intelligence disciplines as well as Information Operations (IO).
  • Perform technical, operational, and strategic-level intelligence analysis in support of mission objectives.
  • Execute SIGINT exploitation, digital network intelligence (DNI), and support big data analytic efforts for ISR platforms, particularly RC-135 systems.
  • Produce serialized intelligence reporting in accordance with national Intelligence Community (IC) standards.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across multi-domain classified networks utilizing national and theater-level databases and tools.
  • Generate executive-level intelligence products providing regional and global situational awareness.
  • Develop ISR training materials for PED operations.
  • Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and mission qualification training (MQT) to military, civilian and contractor personnel.
  • Design and implement analytic methodologies, tradecraft, and production processes.
  • Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to senior Air Force planners, operators and leaders (General Officer/SES-level)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, IC, and program-specific policies
  • Safeguard classified information and adhere to strict security and handling requirements

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Expert understanding of SIGINT principles, processes, and analytic tradecraft
  • Direct experience supporting RC-135 platforms or airborne ISR operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of big data analytics and advanced ISR technologies
  • Previous experience advising senior Air Force of DoD leadership or policymakers
  • Experience in training development and instructional delivery
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise written intelligence products
  • Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
  • Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required
  • Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government-directed

Security Clearance Required:  

  • TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation and successful completion of a CI-scope polygraph examination.

Minimum Education:  

  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution OR a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 additional years of relevant experience (20 years total in lieu of Master's)

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 15 years of airborne SIGINT PED or reporting experience, with relevant experience within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous 55th Wing or Air Force airborne cryptologic operations experience
  • Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, NSA, or Intelligence Community SIGINT missions
  • Experience integrating SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines
  • Familiarity with targeting, collection management, or operational planning processes
  • Experience briefing senior leaders or operational staff
