We need to have you go through our hiring process to integrate you into Amentum payroll and HR systems.
You may apply for any position which you are qualified for. However, we need you to apply for your current position first. Promotions or position changes will be considered after the transition period.
We recognize that the current employees hold the technical expertise and capability to execute the work of this program. Employment with Amentum is contingent upon a few factors including successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Salaries and schedules will be discussed individually during the transition process. Amentum’s
compensation offerings are intended to be competitive with those of peer companies, attract and retain key talent, and reward staff for successfully completing performance-based initiatives that promote Amentum’s financial growth and stability.
Employees are paid biweekly on Fridays. There are 26 pay periods in a calendar year.
You have the option of enrolling yourself and your eligible dependents in medical, dental and/or vision benefits. Eligible dependents include your: Spouse or domestic partner. Child(ren) up to age 26 regardless of marital or student status. Unmarried child(ren) of any

If a new hire elects to participate with our benefits, there is no waiting period. New hires must enroll within the first 31 days of employment.
401(k) – You are immediately eligible to participate in 401(k) with no waiting period. You may elect to contribute 1% to 75% of your bi-weekly eligible compensation.
Your offer letter will contain an anticipated start date for your employment with Amentum for January 13, 2025. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screen, and all pre-hire paperwork.
