As Amentum looks toward the future, we are excited to elevate the Voice of the Employee and use what we hear from across the business to better serve our colleagues. Our listening tool, CultureAmp, allows us to build listening activities to align with the needs of the business, discover new insights, and move toward better data-driven, enhanced action. 

This form is an opportunity to let us know what listening activities may be beneficial in your part of the enterprise - we want to hear from you if there are specific needs this tool can help address.

What is this tool designed for?  

This tool is designed to assist Amentum in listening to our employees across the globe and gathering employee sentiment data related to our high-level and high-value strategic objectives. By focusing on large-scale listening activities in line with our business goals, this tool will allow us to uncover fresh insights and help guide future enhanced actions benefitting employees across the business.

What is it not designed to do? 

To make space and bandwidth for these high-level and high-value listening activities, the Amentum Listening Strategy is designed to engage large segments of the business at one time to best build on the data we receive and enhance future action. Surveying for limited populations or program-specific needs will be done at specific, designated times throughout the year in line with the Listening Strategy Roadmap. As such, on-demand requests of this type fall outside the scope of this strategy.

Identify the purpose and scope of your survey by considering these questions:​ 

If approved, the Talent Management & Culture Team will work with you to create a targeted survey or pulse listening activity and a project plan. ​If not approved, we will work you on alternative options to address your needs and/or identify ways we can incorporate the proposed activity into future plans of work more closely aligned with the Listening Strategy.

For approved listening activities… 

  • The Talent Management & Culture Team will work with you and your team to incorporate any new listening activities into the Listening Strategy Roadmap, build any surveys or pulses as needed, and launch your survey to identified target participants.  
  • Distribution of approved surveys and pulses can occur through email, social media, flyers, the OneJavelin platform, or other channels. ​
  • Once a listening activity has ended, the Talent Management & Culture Team will analyze the data from your responses and help identify patterns, trends, correlations, and outliers in the data. ​We will also assist in interpreting the results, offering insights on potential actions and next steps, as well as making recommendations based on the feedback received.
  • The Talent Management & Culture Team will also provide a report which summarizes findings and recommendations from the survey, as well as an executive summary. This summary includes an introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion sections, as well as a reference list. These reports contain easy-to-understand visuals to illustrate the data and insights for conversations with other stakeholders.
