What You'll Be Doing
From the moment a candidate accepts their offer, you'll take ownership of their onboarding journey. You'll coordinate every step behind the scenes from medicals, visas, security clearances and relocation to orientation and system access ensuring every detail is in place before day one.
Success in this role comes from being self-motivated, highly organised, and genuinely customer focused. You'll anticipate what's needed, solve problems before they become roadblocks, and provide every candidate with a professional, welcoming experience that leaves them feeling confident and excited to join Amentum.
In this role, you will:
Guide candidates through every stage of the onboarding journey.
Coordinate pre-employment activities including medicals, background checks, security clearances and relocation.
Keep candidates informed and supported with regular communication.
Work closely with hiring managers, HR and internal support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Coordinate orientation activities and prepare employees for a successful first day.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvements across the onboarding process.
