Functional leadership for the CS&A capability across all projects within the PPP portfolio, including supporting the development of a diverse and inclusive engineering community, contributing to recruitment, capability assessment, retention, learning and professional development.
Primary point of contact with the client’s Chief CS&A Engineer.
Capturing lessons learned and sharing knowledge across the portfolio to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaboration across the PPP partnership to achieve the published PPP critical success factors and client benefits
