Purpose and Impact:

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly-motivated and skilled ELINT Analyst at Lackland AFB, TX to support full-spectrum Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations in support of U.S. and coalition air and joint forces. This role is critical to enabling warfighters to accurately distinguish between friendly and adversary systems through advanced analysis of electromagnetic emissions and associated platforms.

The selected candidate will provide high-quality ELINT analysis, support cryptologic and ISR operations, and contribute to information warfare and electronic warfare (EW) efforts. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a high-tempo mission environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of signals and associated emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.
  • Analyze electromagnetic systems to determine platform capabilities, operational patterns, and threat relevance supporting combat identification, targeting, and mission planning.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products supporting operational and command requirements.
  • Support Combat Support Database (CSDB) production and formatting for Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) deliverables.
  • Conduct non-kinetic analysis including cyber, electronic warfare (EW), and behavior influence considerations.
  • Identify and characterize non-threat (friendly and neutral) systems to reduce risk of fratricide.
  • Utilize non-traditional intelligence sources, technical manuals, and combat support databases to enhance analytic accuracy.
  • Support development of mission data files and intelligence products for advanced air systems, including fifth-generation platforms.
  • Collaborate with joint, interagency, and coalition partners to ensure integration of intelligence outputs.
  • Deliver clear, concise written and verbal intelligence briefings to operational stakeholders.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC and Air Force analytic tradecraft standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Demonstrated experience in ELINT analysis and emitter identification, multi-INT integration and ISR operations, and intelligence production and reporting
  • Proficiency with ELINT tools, databases and analytical methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex technical or operational data into actionable intelligence
  • Experience working with classified intelligence systems and environments
  • Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of both US and foreign military systems, radar technologies, and electronic warfare concepts.
  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance

Security Clearance Required:  

  • TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation

Minimum Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field OR associate’s degree plus 4 additional years of expert-level experience (total 10 years)

Minimum Years of Experience:  

  • 6 years ELINT, SIGINT, or advanced intelligence analysis experience with at least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, NSA, or Intelligence Community SIGINT missions
  • Prior experience supporting Air Combat Command, ISR operations, or mission data production.
  • Understanding of targeting, collection management, or operational planning processes
