The supervisor handles resource allocation, enforces strict regional chemical timelines, manages fleet logistics, and serves as the primary inspector for both in-house crews and specialty subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities & Management Scope
Labor & Route Management: Direct a multi-person crew across a structured, multi-tier weekly rotation that supports proactive scheduling and completion of landscaping requirements that align with the Grounds Services Plan.
Regional Chemical Compliance: Schedule and verify critical chemical barrier windows based on Augusta soil temperature limits. Develop, enforce, and report chemical applications of pre-emergent, fertilizers, and exterior pesticides, with support and oversight from the program Environmental Safety and Health Manager. Prevent unauthorized chemical use.
