Purpose and Impact:

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, and funding availability.  We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Intelligence Planner for Air Combat Command and the 480th ISRW support to ISR planning, collection management, and operational integration across Air Force, Joint, and Intelligence Community (IC) missions. This position plays a critical role in integrating Defense and National intelligence capabilities into operational planning processes, with direct support to Air Operations Center (AOC)/Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD) functions.

The selected candidate will apply developed analytic tradecraft and operational experience to support ISR employment, collection strategies, and exercise planning, working both independently and collaboratively across multiple organizations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ISR collection strategies and plans aligned with theater priorities.
  • Support Collection Requirements Management (CRM), Collection Operations Management (COM), and ISR planning functions.
  • Engage with analysts and mission partners to identify intelligence gaps, develop collection strategies, and translate intelligence needs into formal requirements
  • Coordinate and deconflict multi-INT collection requirements in accordance with theater guidance and SOPs.
  • Support integration of Defense and National intelligence capabilities (collection, analysis, targeting) into operational planning efforts
  • Deliver on-site/off-site ISR and CM support and training to Air Component HQs, JTFs, and forward units.
  • Develop and validate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for ISR collection, PED and multi-INT analysis, correlation and fusion.
  • Support ACC intelligence exercises, including large force employment (LFE) events such as RED FLAG and AGILE FLAG
  • Coordinate across air component operations, intelligence elements, and external stakeholders to resolve tasking priorities.
  • Support development of training materials and documentation for ISR and collection management processes.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive ISR operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Candidates must meet all basic-level DOD 8140 Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements code 111 (Data & Artificial Intelligence)
  • Graduate of a commercial, DoD, or Intelligence Community Collection Management course.
  • Demonstrated experience in ISR collection planning and execution, multi-INT collection coordination and integration and intelligence requirements development and validation.
  • Understanding of military decision-making and JOPES process
  • Familiarity with Air Force & Intelligence Community ISR mission, analytic processes and tradecraft.
  • Experience in using collection management tools such as PRISM/COUGAR, CRATE, GIMS, ROME and UNICORN

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards.
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance.
  • Availability for CONUS and OCONUS support as mission requirements dictate.
  • Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access.

Security Clearance Required:

  • TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with an additional four years of relevant expert-level experience (for a total of 10 years’ experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree).

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 6 years of relevant intelligence planning, ISR operations or collection management experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the past two (2) years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Analysis and Exploitation Team (AET) experience or experience supporting 480 ISRW mission sets
  • Prior Wing, NAF, MAJCOM or Air Operations Center (AOC) experience
  • Previous RED FLAG or AGILE FLAG exercise experience
