For our HR Global Delivery (GDO) team in Krakow we are seeking an International Assignment Consultant | Konsultant/ Konsultantka ds. Mobilności Międzynarodowej.

The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing administrative and transactional support to internal and external parties engaged in coordination of our E&E international assignments.  

• Responsible for managing international assignment requests via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail, ServiceNow system), redirecting Requestors to initiate support via ServiceNow HR ticket/incident for tracking purposes.

• Responds to basic questions on international assignment procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g., case management system, emails

• Responsible for conveying information on a regular basis to HR GDO Teams, Global Mobility and Payroll, for data entry in their respective Workday, Assignment Pro and Payroll systems.  

• Tasked with executing a documented workflow for processing International Assignment Agreements (IAA) created by Global Mobility, which entails issuing IAAs to managers and employees for signature and distributing executed IAAs to respective stakeholders.  

• Assisting with completion of supporting documentation for outbound assignees, as requested by Immigration, Relocation and Tax Vendors (with explicit directions from Vendors included).

• Provides status updates, guidance, and information to customers, key stakeholders, and peers within the HR functional area team(s) to ensure case completion.

• Partners closely with HR and Global Mobility to execute tasks and fulfil key deliverables related to mobilization/demobilization steps.  

• Collaborates efficiently with team members under the Global Delivery Organization (GDO) structure, seeking assistance as needed and providing input on expat-related allowance/payroll/expense topics. 

• Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility. Adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s) and team(s).

• Recommends process improvements and participates in the various projects related to improvement of HR and Global Mobility processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience within international HR and/or Global Mobility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, Equus/Assignment Pro or similar.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, customer service oriented.

• Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case management through the ServiceNow HR ticket system.

• Prior experience with Topia, Assignment Pro Technology or Oracle would be an asset

• Organizational and project coordination skills

• Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion

• Excellent spoken and written English
