We are currently seeking a J4 Escort & Facility Support Specialist to support this mission-critical program. This is a Full Time, onsite position located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.
Job Duties:
The Contractor shall provide facilities assistance support for HT-JCOE J4. The Contractor shall:
- Support service order submission for all HT-JCOE facilities on Ft. Huachuca and Davis Monthan and notify authorized government officials for service order submission on all other HT-JCOE locations.
- Maintain Facilities Service order Tracking Log and conduct compliance visits to ensure work is performed at all HT-JCOE Locations.
- Conduct bi-weekly logistics inspections of HT-JCOE facilities on all HT-JCOE locations. Report requirements/concerns to HT-JCOE J4 or designated representative.
- Conduct Monthly Fire Marshall Inspections for all HT-JCOE Facilities as required, and report finding/concerns to the HT-JCOE J4 or designated representative.
- Upload all inspection documents, checklists, and forms to HT-JCOE Automated Document Repository.
- Support facility management with coordinating security access clearance and escort duties for facilities services and projects at all HT-JCOE locations.
- Assist with the completion of facilities’ custodial cleaning team checks. Obtain latrine custodial supplies and ensure select facilities are stocked at all times.
- Contractor will assist the Safety Manager with implementing the Safety and Occupational health program for the organization.
- Assist in evaluating and coordinating a comprehensive safety and occupational health program for all areas within the organization, including areas engaged in diverse, high-risk operations and functions that are common to industrial situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess an Active SECRET security clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
- Minimum two years experience or related undergraduate degree from an accredited institution in supply chain or logistics management (experience in lieu of education may be considered).
- Three years experience with Supply Warehousing.
- Completed the Army Fundamentals of Supply web-based training course (completed course within first 60 days of hiring.)
- Knowledge of property accountability database systems.
- Demonstrated an understanding of AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and AR 735-5 (within 180 days of hiring).
- Able to complete DA Forms 3161, 2062, 2765, and 1687 and DD Forms 1348-A, 200, and 362 (within 180 days of hiring).
- Able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Valid civilian driver’s license and obtain a military vehicle operators permit; may be required to maneuver light truck and trailer combinations (No CDL Required).
- Able to work a modified work schedule to include evenings and weekends.
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Completed the local Air Force or Army Facility Manager Training Course (or complete course within the first 90 days of hiring).
Compensation Details:
$67,000 - $100,000
