The Logistics & Transport specialist serves as a versatile position to the team, ensuring high-efficiency supply chain performance through precise inventory management and optimized distribution to support core operations. This role ensures the accurate Transportation, handling, storage, and movement of inventory and materials across multiple warehouse locations in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include Heavy vehicle operation, receiving and issuing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting procurement and disposal activities, and assisting with warehouse organization and logistics planning. The Logistics & Transport specialist collaborates with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to support the smooth delivery of logistics operations.
Working in a dynamic and at times physically demanding environment, the Logistics & Transport specialist must adapt to varying priorities, environmental conditions (such as heat, cold, and dust), and stakeholder expectations. The role contributes to the overall reliability and responsiveness of the logistics function, upholding safety, integrity, and professional service delivery in line with organizational values and mission objectives.
