Amentum is seeking to hire a Program Manager support our team working OCONUS. The PM shall be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel.

  • Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements, and issues as they pertains to the support of the customer.
  • Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the customer’s feedback on the program cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
  • Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements.
  • Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, and performance: assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
  • Review and clarify the customer’s contract requirements and needs as they are dispensed from the customer’s requirements management tool and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements.
  • Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting customers’ requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate those negative impacts.
  • Manage the customers' expectations with proactive, consistent, and transparent communication.
  • The PM shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor and execute unilateral decision-making on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract.
  • Ensuring continuity of support during Contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments/allocations.
  • Interfacing with the CO, COTR, and Government leadership.
  • Serving as the primary point(s) of contact for formal discussions with the Sponsor, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the Contractor’s Environmental, Health, and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed.
  • Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
  • Overseeing the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs.
  • Improving cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the monitoring and inspection of maintenance, repair, and service operations for quality control and contract compliance.

Compensation Details:

90.87
