Amentum is seeking a Resource Control Scheduler for the Space Force Range Contract  

Typical Duties

  • Provide Data Handling Center support, including coordination of data processing system, production use of Data Distribution (DDL), and delivery of data production.
  • Receive, prepare, package and shipment of test data items and data receipts.
  • Monitor data production, timelines and ensure final delivery of data production in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide operational Scheduling support to include conflict analysis, operations verification, site notification, and institutional scheduling.
  • Schedule preparation and coordination in operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare and deliver daily and weekly scheduling and conflict reports.
  • Interface with range and site leadership to ensure effective manpower and equipment utilization, timely support of priority assignments, and conflict resolution for systems maintenance and operational readiness.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Two or more years of ability to provide operational or maintenance scheduling support. 
  • Functional understanding and knowledge of the WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning and engineering activities and their interrelationship is preferred.
  • Intermediate personal computer experience, to include intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Must have a high degree of professionalism, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable with a strong work ethic and able to adapt to changes in task priorities in a highly fluid environment. 
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements. 
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License 
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Salary and Other Compensation

  • The annual starting salary for this position is between $34.06–$42.53 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement.
