PURPOSE / SCOPE
The Trusted Agent is designated as the contact for identify verification, credentialing and badging, biometric data as applicable, data management and security, with additional audit and compliance responsibilities. Will also be responsible for information system security requirements and risk assessments, vulnerability scan, security test and evaluations, monitoring event logs, and maintaining network security and other duties as assigned.
The Trusted Agent will be onsite during regular working hours and shall be available onsite within one hour after the Government’s regular working hours. Will also be available for on-call support as needed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week in this role.
