Responsible for generating enterprise-wide planned and unplanned work orders and related data. Updates and accurately maintains the Enterprise maintenance software database MAXIMO particularly Assets and Work Order-related applications, i.e., job plans and preventive maintenance, assets, work order accuracy, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
Generates and monitors all work orders.
May create/update work-related documentation/SOPs.
Ensures accurate and consistent data is entered within the computerized maintenance management software (MAXIMO).
Creates and updates all preventative maintenance and job plan data. Preventative Maintenance (PMs) to include Hazardous Equipment, De-Winterizing and Winterizing PMS, as required.
Creates/edits/updates Asset application records.
Supports work order processes and requirements to include configuration change requests (CCR), Permits to Dig/Excavate, Permits for fixed fire systems, and additional projects related to work orders as needed.
Supports emergency work order process as needed.
Train personnel in work order process as needed supplementing IT Training.
Communicate and support personnel regarding maintenance data as needed
Attend meetings as needed, i.e., Foreman Meetings
Supports project-related efforts within maintenance-database as assigned
Keep Work Order Supervisor apprised on maintenance activities.
Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) in accordance with management policy.
Interacts with the National Science Foundation, military and other agency officials, both over the telephone and in person, in a professional and tactful manner.
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace program and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience, Certificates and Licenses:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative environment.
Expected Skills and Competencies:
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasking while working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently to get the job done.
Superior customer service attitude and follow through
Preferred:
Experience utilizing a maintenance planning and control software program
Prior program experience
Physical and/or Other Requirements:
Willingness and ability to deploy to Antarctica for extended periods
Successful completion of Medical and Dental examinations required by the NSF for deployment to Antarctica
Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States
Able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship

Amentum allows 10 holidays per fiscal year to be pro-rated based off which quarter employment begins.
Biweekly pay periods.
This position supports a Service Contract Act (SCA) where the hourly wage is determined by the Department of Labor (DOL). The hourly wage for this position is $29.27 for Arapahoe County which may be eligible for health and welfare (H&W) fringe benefit rate as specified by the DOL and Area Wage Determination.
