The Amentum UK Graduate programme is in its third year, having rapidly expanded from the first intake. We provide our Graduates with bespoke work packages and tailored mentoring enabling them to take responsibility and ownership of projects in a supported environment.
As we continue to craft the graduate programme we use the learning of our own graduates as well as cross industry best practice. This continual evolution ensures that when you start with us you will develop a unique and meaningful skill set, through real business experiences that will fast track you through you career.
We are looking for Graduates with degree subjects that correlate well with:
If your qualifications are in different subjects but you share our passion for solving what's next, then we still want to hear from you.
If you have a minimum of a 2:1 in your subject and have graduated within three years of the scheme start date. A Masters level degree in engineering based disciplines is preferred but not essential.
You will be assigned a Graduate Programme Manager to support you throughout the programme as well as an Assignment Manager as your point of contact for your day-to-day work schedule.
Your bespoke programme allows for up to 6 placements with 6 monthly reviews to plan your next steps. Your reviews are an opportunity to discuss your development, aspirations and salary progression.
Throughout your Graduate programme you will engage with you peers, sharing your learning and experiences. There will also be opportunities to work together on Social value Projects that form a significant part of Amentum's culture of inclusion and collaboration.
When you reach the end of your programme it is just the beginning. You will take up a position within a Job Family and continue to develop your experience and capabilities to help you become a well-rounded nuclear professional and future business leader.
You will maximise your skills and confidence providing on the job experience and key responsibilities from day one
You will be on a 36-month development programme, with 6 monthly reviews to ensure development and business objectives are met.
