Amentum is seeking a qualified Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Management Analyst to support the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) in Naples, Italy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role involves supporting the development, tracking, analysis, and/or organization of command taskers and special projects, as assigned. Additionally, the AIG Management Analyst will be responsible for providing administrative, record-keeping, and assessment liaison functions to support FDRMC in tracking and reporting inspection data.
Essential Responsibilities:
Record, review, and update approved assessment findings
Act as a command liaison and assist assessors from external assessment agencies such as Naval Audit Services (NAS), General Accounting Office (GAO), and Naval Inspector General (NAVIG)
Monitor the correction of deficiencies identified during external assessments
Assist in developing Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms), assignments, and tracking the status of current initiatives and requirements
Coordinate inspections and evaluations, including the bi-annual Fleet Maintenance Activity Assessment
Develop and provide presentations and training materials
Serve as the Alternate Integrated Risk Management Coordinator, responsible for developing and coordinating the FDRMC Maintenance Integrated Compliance (MIC) program in accordance with NAVSEA, USFF, DoN, and DoD guidelines
Provide training to the command’s upper-level management regarding MIC program requirements
Assist managers in identifying and reporting program elements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, in program management support or a related field
Familiarity with NAVSEA, USFF, DoN, and DoD guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
This position requires successful Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) required in Italy
Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance
Preferred experience:
·Regional Maintenance Center/NAVSEA enterprise experience is a plus
