About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished professional capable of cultivating and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across both the client organisation and the wider Amentum team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality outputs and consultancy services. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while overseeing the development of complex and technically challenging deliverables, providing subject matter expertise in support of contractual objectives. In addition, the role requires meaningful contribution to internal team outputs, including the line management or mentoring of junior colleagues, the stewardship of key knowledge assets, or the leadership of designated champion responsibilities. The position operates within a hybrid working model, with deployment to client sites or attendance at the designated Amentum home office as required by tasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of all aspects of Capability delivery within the ILS/IPS frameworks and integration of outputs into a wider programme of works.

• Provide guidance to Client Organisations in the identification, selection and application of appropriate Standards and Policy.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and foster a positive, collaborative working relationship to facilitate deliver of outputs and build the Amentum reputation with the client base.

Here's What You'll Need: 

• Training course certifications in ILS Management.

• Demonstrable knowledge/ experience – 7 year+.

• Chartered Status of Relevant Professional Body.

• Appropriate Academic Qualification to RQF Level 7.

• Post Graduate study in related area.
