Description of Duties:
The MDSEA Business & Operations Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
· Monitor and Report task order Period of Performance (PoP) expirations for Subcontracts (SubKs), maintaining detailed schedule trackers, coordinating with internal designated Points of Contact (POCs), establishing proactive internal notification schedules, and escalating potential timeline risks to Task Order Leadership.
· Monitor Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and milestones across the task order, ensuring upcoming delivery dates are tracked, responsible POCs are executing against schedules, and potential late deliverables are identified and escalated early.
· Support the Knowledge Management team on the development, coordination, and delivery of monthly Task Order Status Reports (TOSRs) by being an internal POC to collect and flush out data from the technical team.
· Manage the MDSEA Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process by monitoring active agreements, maintaining an audit-ready compliance repository, facilitating paperwork for incoming personnel, and initiating required document updates.
· Facilitate task order personnel In-processing, Out-processing, and Move workflows for the task order in coordination with the larger administrative assistant team and partnering with task order leads to ensure new hires are fully onboarded, badged, equipped, and seated prior to arrival.
· Manage master seating charts, coordinating directly with team and task order leads, move coordinators and following the administrative team on seating process for buildouts, space reconfigurations, and physical moves.
· Initiate, monitor, and expedite work vehicles to support moves, seating changes, and technical space maintenance.
· Maintain the master personnel recall roster, ensure active updates and changes are completed for accuracy.
· Act as the main POC for daily cleaning escort duties and facility access coordination as required, maintain active backups for assurance of access.
· Provide administrative support to the IT admin team for the MDSEA account management process, own assigned responsibilities such as monitoring the SharePoint portal, facilitating account requests, and maintaining inventory and tracking of physical and digital MDSEA account tokens.
· Manage the MDSEA morale activities to include coordination of morale events, Shopping for and restocking the drink fridge, managing funds collected, and reporting quarterly earnings to task order leadership

Basic Requirements:
· Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
o May be reduced with completion of advanced education
· Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience
· Must have demonstrated experience tracking deliverables and milestones.
· Must have experience coordinating personnel logistics, such as seating management, IT ticket generation, and badge coordination.
· Must have an established history of effective troubleshooting, organizational tracking, and critical thinking skills related to business and operational processes.
· Must demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating assets and resources to ensure continuous mission capability.
· Must have strong communication skills with experience drafting, formatting, and coordinating formal status reports (such as TOSRs), slide decks, and contractual documentation.
· Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
· Have experience in a business or operations administrative role supporting customers.
· Have Experience within the COS MDIOC within SSFB (Schriever Space Force Base).

Compensation Details:
$75,000 – $95,000
