The Deployment Coordinator will offer primary support to Pre-and Post-Deployment for Amentum and Sub-Contract employees on supported DOD contracts within Amentum. This individual ensures our pre-deployment team provides a world class deployment experience to our candidates.

 

The ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of all pre-deployment sub-processes in Amentum’s business environment.  They must strike a delicate balance between our high-volume recruiting environment and providing a world class candidate experience.  They must be a cross-functional integrator, capable of influencing other departments such as Recruiting, Security, Travel, Operations and HR.

 

Essential Job Duties:

·         Guides the deployer through the following deployment sub-processes: new hire paperwork, banking verifications, commercial background checks, drug tests, medical screenings, visas, letters of authorization, and e-country clearance.

·         Liaises with other departments to monitor, schedule, and/or track, security clearances, travel, new hire data entry.

·         Responsible for tracking and reporting all pre-deployment metrics including time in each pre-deployment stage, stages past due, strength of pipeline.

·         Evenings, weekends, and travel may be required to support business requirements during surge periods which includes proposals, high volume recruiting periods, and contract awards.

 

Minimum Requirements:

·         Two or more years of experience in a complex deployment process, whether in an operations or in a dedicated pre-deployment role.

·         Extreme attention to detail and follow-through, able to ensure candidates meet 100% of the requirements, every time.

·         Ethical, maintains a high level of competitiveness but never compromises ethics in the way we recruit or do business.

·         Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe systems.

       

Compensation Details:

25.75
