Amentum is seeking a dynamic and motivated Foreign Disclosure Representative to provide real-time analysis and operational support to U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Operations Directorate (J3) at Camp H.M. Smith, HI.

  • Possess an understanding of the complexities surrounding international partnerships throughout the USPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and the importance of information sharing to enhance those relationships.
  • Have experience analyzing and evaluating policies, directives, and procedural manuals relative to foreign disclosure support for operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored disclosure review and release of USPACOM J3 originated Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Manage the USPACOM J3 foreign disclosure process specific to operations, joint training and exercises, and other board, bureaus, centers, cells, and working group briefings.
  • Provide analysis and implementation of policies, directives, and procedural manuals related to foreign disclosure.
  • Provide recommendations on Joint Staff/USPACOM foreign disclosure policies and procedures.
  • Participate in foreign and domestic disclosure training.
  • Work with senior USPACOM staff to assist in the development of policies and procedures regarding the preparation of and clearance for release of information reports containing requested information.
  • Assist the J3 Directorate Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) as necessary in making foreign disclosure determinations on issues involving the directorate.
  • Ensure J3 Directorate originated Foreign Disclosure requests are in compliance with National, Theater, Department of Defense, and USPACOM policies, manuals, directives, and instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • In lieu of degree, at least 10 years of combined experience managing complex programs supporting the Department of Defense or other federal agencies.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO).
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting operations in USPACOM AOR.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting plans or operations at a COCOM, Service Component, Joint Staff, or Agency Staff level.
  • Knowledge of USPACOM, Component, and Office of Secretary of Defense processes, procedures, and requirements to integrate stakeholders with USPACOM efforts and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of USPACOM plans, policy, and strategy and an understanding of joint/coalition integration, including linkages to parallel national interests and component command operations.
  • Proficient at authoring analytical and/or policy documents.
  • Excellent in writing reports, graphics, and information papers.
  • Experience analyzing operational data.
  • Proficient at authoring analytical or policy documents.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint collaborative tools.
  • Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in support of government client objectives (e.g. *GPT, GenAI, AskSage, MAVEN, Machine Assist Disclosure (MAD), python, etc.).
  • Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles and practices in all categories of Classified Military Information (CMI) and other foreign disclosure policies and methods, as well as skill in applying this knowledge in support of USPACOM joint training and exercises.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the USPACOM CCMD, national, and DoD missions and functions.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college.
  • Joint Professional Military Education (JPME).

Compensation & Benefits

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $135K - $155K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

Compensation Details:

$135K - $155K
