The GWO III Master Operator is the senior authority for GIMCS operational configuration, advanced system troubleshooting, efficiency optimization, application-level modifications, and operator training. Supports critical system uptime for HVAC, steam, chilled water, and CPS/safety-related alarms.

Essential Duties:

• Configure and modify GIMCS applications to improve monitoring, control efficiency, and system visibility.
• Define conditional trending points, custom scopes, role‑specific views, and field panel database maintenance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting from workstation to field device across Siemens and Allen‑Bradley systems.
• Work with SQL server‑level data structures for GIMCS project database maintenance.
• Provide expert BAS diagnosis for HVAC, steam, chilled water, utility metering, and research support systems.
• Train GWO I/II operators and support the COR, System Managers, and FOS during complex failures.
• Supervise critical alarm response and guide field technicians during multi-discipline outages.
• Support RCM and PT&I programs using GIMCS trend data to detect deviations from baseline performance.
• Validate Maximo documentation quality and ensure compliance with FD01 CMMS standards.

Education:

• BAS/controls aptitude plus formal Siemens or Tridium intermediate controls training.
• Deep understanding of BAS networking, control logic, PPCL, alarm architecture and GIMCS System topology.
• Ability to support troubleshooting up to SQL server scope.

Experience:

• 5–8+ years advanced BAS/controls experience with demonstrated mastery
