Job Overview


Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to manage property, inventory, fleet operations, and procurement workflows. In this role, you will act as the central hub for asset tracking, work  control, and vendor/contract coordination to ensure seamless facility and project operations.


Key Responsibilities


Property & Asset Management

  • Property & Asset Management: Maintain life-cycle tracking and financial accuracy for all company assets. 
  • Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse stocking levels, audits, and material issuing.
  • Critical Spares Management: Track and maintain inventory for high-priority replacement parts to minimize facility downtime.
  • GFE & Contractor Tracking: Monitor Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) compliance and log contractor-owned tools on-site.

Fleet & Transportation Coordination

  • Transportation/Fleet Coordination: Schedule vehicle dispatch, coordinate maintenance, and optimize fleet routing.
  • Vehicle Inspection Report Management: Review, file, and address deficiencies found in daily and weekly  vehicle inspection logs.

Operational Support & Procurement

  • Work Control: Prioritize, assign, and track facilities maintenance work orders from submission to completion.
  • Deltek Requisition Processing: Generate, track, and route purchasing requests accurately through the Deltek ERP system.
  • Procurement Coordination: Source vendors, obtain quotes, and track delivery timelines for operational goods.

Technical & System Coordination

  • Calibration Coordination: Schedule and document precision tool and equipment calibration to maintain industry compliance.
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS) Support (GIMCS): Monitor GIMCS software for facility system alerts and coordinate with technicians for resolution.
  • IT Support: Coordinate hardware deployment, software updates, and basic troubleshooting requests with the IT department.
  • Contract/IDIQ Coordination: Track task orders, deliverables, and billing compliance for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, asset management, or facilities operations.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Deltek, CMMS/Work Order systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, asset auditing experience, and the ability to interface between technical staff and corporate procurement.



       

Compensation Details:

88,000 - 91,000
