We are looking for a creative and versatile part-time Entry Level Junior Graphic Design Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is perfect for an upcoming graduate who is ready to turn concepts into high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content and digital assets to support mission-critical projects. You’ll work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives. 

Who You Are

  • A visual storyteller with an eye for detail.

  • Adaptable and able to switch between technical layouts and artistic illustrations.

  • Proactive in learning new tools and staying on top of design trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Production: Create compelling visuals for digital and print using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Illustration: Utilize digital drawing tools (example: Krita, FireAlpaca, IbisPaint) to create custom graphics and assets.

  • 3D Assets: Assist in creating or refining 3D models and renders using Blender.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

  • Create 2D animations and interactive content to enhance presentations and training materials.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual products.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to visualize data and complex systems.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a secure environment. 

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Secret clearance.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Graphic Design with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.

  • Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Digital Illustration: High proficiency in drawing programs such as Krita, Medibang, or FireAlpaca.

  • 3D Skills: Foundational experience in Blender for modeling or rendering.

  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the visual trends and technical requirements (sizing, formats) for modern social platforms.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and creative problem-solving.

Compensation Details:

US: $26.44 Hourly
