Role Title: Aerospace Combat Systems Branch IWP Program
Role Description: We’re looking for a Program Manager who thrives on challenge, drives operational excellence, and is passionate about supporting the future of air combat capability.
You will shape programs, lead teams, and influence outcomes across multiple areas. You’ll work with a broad range stakeholders internally and externally, manage a complex contract, and ensure delivery that exceeds expectations. You will have the skills, ambition, and adaptability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Own program delivery: Oversee operational execution of ACSB program delivery across dispersed locations.
• Engage and influence: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring trust and collaboration.
• Lead and inspire: Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Drive performance: Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and deliver accurate reporting
Essential Requirements:
• Leadership DNA: Ability to motivate, coach, and lead dispersed teams.
• Stakeholder engagement mastery: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
