Amentum is seeking an Inventory/Property Intern to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) for a 10-week summer internship program.

Join our team and help support real rocket launch operations! As an Inventory/Property Intern, you’ll play an important role in making sure the right parts, tools, and equipment are exactly where they need to be for mission success. You’ll gain hands-on experience with asset management, inventory systems, and logistics in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and update inventory in our asset systems.
  • Help with physical inventory counts and fix any mismatches.
  • Organize storage areas and label equipment.
  • Tag equipment, document assets, and support check-in/check-out.
  • Help with deliveries, shipments, and equipment moves that support launch activities.
  • Update logs, spreadsheets, and prepare simple reports.
  • Suggest process improvements to help things run smoother.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program as a sophomore or higher (or a recent graduate).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable using Excel, SharePoint, or other database tools.
  • U.S. Citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Good communicator and eager to learn.

Compensation Details:

$20.00 per hour
