This is a Full-Time position for a US Naval Operations Center in Singapore.

The Public Works (PW) Director shall be responsible for the full scope of responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations and quality management programs supporting the Government.  The PW Director shall ensure both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual and industrial standards/best practices, where required, which meet the requirements of this contract.  This individual shall be sole administrator of the Contractor's/subcontractor's Public Works program(s) (Annexes 15, 16, 17 and18), having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Seven years on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity at a DOD military installation. 

• Two years independent field management responsibility.

• Three years management/ supervision of a multi-national work force.

• Registered professional engineer licensed by Singapore or the United States for Civil or Structural Engineering.
