Amentum is seeking a Senior HR Services Coordinator to contribute to the success of the Human Resources Services and Data Management function, focusing on advanced troubleshooting, technical end user training and support, data entry, audits, and quality assurance. This individual will handle confidential employee data and must demonstrate the professionalism and integrity required for such a sensitive position. This position is approved for remote-telework. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute, validate, and audit complex HR transactions in ADP and Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal protocols

  • Oversee technical execution of  employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, compensation actions, etc., ensuring effective operations.

  • Address escalated inquiries and technical HRIS issues.

  • Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations between ADP, Costpoint, and Workday to confirm and maintain data consistency across systems.

  • Create and deliver training plans for end users to improve their knowledge and skills.

  • Perform case reviews to ensure production and quality standards are met, providing timely feedback and coaching to maintain or exceed performance metrics.

  • Create, test, evaluate, and update Standard Operating Procedures for the HR Shared Services team.

  • Handle verbal and written employment and salary verification requests for third parties, current or former employees on an as-needed basis (i.e. lending verification, immigration letters, legal request, etc.).

  • Process unemployment claims and hearing notifications in coordination with HR Business Partners in Experian Employer Services (Hamlet).

  • Assist with personnel file request (i.e. legal subpoena request).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The role requires analytical ability and creativity to solve challenges in an efficient and minimally disruptive way. This position requires regular communication with the HRIS and other HR support teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Acute attention to detail required, well-organized & demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple-tasks and achieve desired results within set deadlines.

  • Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions, including written and verbal communications.

  • Candidate must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity and exhibit professional etiquette with proven ability to handle confidential information.

  • Must possess a high level of judgment and discretion.

  • Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency with time sensitive matters and projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3 years relevant HR administrative/support role experience required.

  • Three or more years of experience in training and quality required.

  • Experience with Workday, ADP, and Deltek Costpoint, or comparable complex system required .

  • ServiceNow or case and knowledge management experience preferred.

  • Government contracting experience preferred.

Compensation Details:

$20 - $25
