These services include design, construction, updates, and maintenance of new and existing datacenter facilities.

Senior Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team. This role is critical for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of scheduling best practices and earned value management. A Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Integrate schedules with cost and resource plans to support project execution and reporting.
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic schedule reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cost controllers to ensure alignment of schedule and project objectives.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules based on actual performance and changes in scope.
  • Support claims analysis and time-impact studies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for scheduling and reporting.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert scheduling advice.
  • Identify opportunities for schedule optimization and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) and scheduling methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CCE certification (Certified Cost Engineer) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other project controls tools and reporting systems is desirable.

       

Compensation Details:

65,000 - 75,000
