  • Serves as the Space Management Committee Co-Chair (SMCCC) providing technical leadership and guidance for all move operations and Space Management Committee activities at GRC.

  • Minimum annually, reviews and prepares updates for GLPR 8800.15.

  • Be responsible for analyzing all move requests and approving those that meet approved Center Space Management Guidelines.

  • Consults with Government SMC Co-Chair regarding controversial moves that may require briefings to Center Management.

  • Supports the Facilities Division Program Management Office and GRC Space Management Committee (SMC) in the planning and implementation of all Center personnel moves (office space, lab or test operations space requests, and requests for other space needs (i.e., conference rooms, storage areas, etc.).

  • Identifies and provides Center Management with recommendations for all space management activities that cannot be resolved by the SMC Organizational Representatives.

  • Provides support to the Center Real Property Accountability Officer (RPAO). through the maintenance of physical accountability (measurements, utilization, status, value etc.) of GRC’s real property records in the Real Property Management System (RPMS).

  • Support the preparation of RPMS reporting or as directed by the RPAO.

  • Supports the preparation and reporting requirements for the Center’s real property facilities in the RPMS in support of the RPAO.

  • Serve as liaison within the Center and coordinate regarding real property accountable transactions.
    Reviews and updates data in Archibus database as necessary when processing Space Management requests or when reviewing updates for personnel relocations.

  • Processes and tracks requests for GRC form 75P. Process for review and approval by the Civil Systems Program Manager to include monitoring for renewal per Center policy.
  • Prepares and maintain Excel spreadsheets utilizing real property data.
  • Possess effective listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues and proactively implement corrective actions.
  • Exercise creativity to propose innovative processes for overall operational enhancement.
  • Possess organization skills to achieve results according to customer schedules.
  • Ability to adapt and implement change.
  • Consistently demonstrate work ethics and values.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent


Experience:

Two years project management experience

       

Compensation Details:

$70,000 - $74,500
