We specialize in everything from network development to complete telecom life cycle solutions, datacenter retrofits and modernization, to full datacenter buildouts.    While these critical environments are ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support remains constant. These services include design, construction, updates, and maintenance of new and existing datacenter facilities.

Telecom Project Admin/Coordinator

Our Telecommunications team is seeking a Project Admin/Coordinator who will support all project related activities in cooperation with project leaders, aiming at the flawless execution of team initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules
  • Maintain project trackers and 3rd party tracking databases
  • Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to the project team
  • Document process steps for purposes of refining the process
  • Confer with project staff to outline the work plan
  • Maintain adequate communication regarding project status and priorities
  • Prepare project reports and deliver to project staff
  • Assist with data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance/updates in various internal and 3rd party systems
  • Analyze data and create action items for team members based upon project status
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project admin experience required (preferably with 1+ years’ experience in the wireless telecommunications industry)
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving and analytical skill
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills required
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
  • Must be willing and able to quickly identify and learn department functions; existing processes; and procedures independently
  • Strong process documentation skills are desired
  • Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship.

       

Compensation Details:

70,000 - 78,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
