About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to lead and deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives across regulated and high-risk environments. The role focuses on driving end-to-end change, ensuring operational readiness, and embedding sustainable and valuable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to shape, deliver, and optimise transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and service operations.
This role can be based in London, Bristol or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across business and IT landscapes, from strategy through to implementation and BAU embedding
Design and execute change management strategies using structured methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
Drive organisational readiness, user adoption, and behavioural change across diverse stakeholder groups
Deliver communications, training, and engagement plans to support successful transformation outcomes
Engage with the business and deliver demonstrations and orientation sessions
Ensure new and changed services are transitioned effectively into live operations with minimal risk
Build trusted relationships with senior business, technology, and operational stakeholders
Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and delivery partners
Provide leadership, coaching, and capability uplift across change and service teams
Influence decision-making at programme and portfolio level
Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and delivery governance
Here's What You'll Need
Specialising in end-to-end digital transformation, design, strategy and delivery large-scale business and IT transformation programmes
Demonstrable experience in regulated or high-risk environments [financial services, government, GDS, defence, construction - depending on client]
Expertise in change methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR) and ITIL frameworks
Experience establishing governance, risk management, and control frameworks
Expertise in process analysis and optimisation
Establish robust governance and service readiness to support successful go-lives
Experience in driving user adoption and behavioural change as well as technical delivery
Ability to stabilise services through effective early-life support and continuous improvement
Strong and credible stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level
Influential presentational skills
Desirable
Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models
Knowledge of service integration and multi-vendor environments
Experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)
Certifications in ITIL, Change Management, or Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile)
Understanding of ISO 19650
