Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on Andros Island, Bahamas to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. This position is reserved for Bahamian citizens only. Must be a citizen of the Bahamas.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules for warehouse staff.
  • Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Maintain correct inventory levels through regular counts and audits.
  • Train/evaluate new/current team members in safety procedures and equipment use.
  • Ensure proper use of tools like forklifts and scanners.
  • Understand and show ability to complete all Supply functions in each of the storerooms.
  • Fix stock or shipping errors quickly.
  • Keep all storage areas secured and ensure the stock is protected from uninvited customers.
  • Apply stock related principles to include shelf-life and FIFO (first-in-first-out).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and show the ability to either solve problems or escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver items to customers utilizing any of the forklift vehicles or equipment.
  • Report on performance metrics and all other relevant staff issues/updates to upper management.
  • All other job duties as required.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • This position is reserved for Bahamian citizens only.
  • Must be a citizen of the Bahamas.
  • Must possess a forklift certification (within 30 days must be an AUTEC forklift. certification) and have a Bahamian C-Class CDL with a Hazardous Materials endorsement.
  • Must have an active and valid Bahamian driver’s license
  • Ability to use various Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good knowledge of the AUTEC ERP – Maximo.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
